Clean Eating Recipe // Roasted Garlic Parm Bacon & Mushrooms with Lemon Zest

There are no words for the flavor factor here, SO GOOD. 
I tossed a couple cups of slices mushrooms in avocado oil, zest of one lemon, juice of 1 lemon, 2 tbsp garlic & fresh chopped parsley and a cup of parmesan together and roasted them at 400° for 20 min, then I added some precooked bacon crumbles and roasted for another 5 min. Its such a quick, easy, good meal!
