Whole 30 Recipe // Rosemary Garlic Roast


I made this Rosemary Garlic Roast tonight I had to share! 
I put 1 c beef broth & 2 tsp minced garlic in the crock pot
I seared the roast with avocado oil until all sides were browned
I chopped 3 sprigs rosemary, 1/4 c parsley, 2 tbsp sage and rubbed the fresh herbs all over the roast.
Put it in the crock pot for 5 hours on low
Added carrots, celery & potatoes then cook for 2 more hours. 
IT'S SO GOOD!
