Whole 30 Recipe // Antipasto Cups

Antipasto cups are one of my favorite appetizers! I press salami slices into a cupcake tin and bake at 400° for 10 min- while it is baking I chop & mix up cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts, olives & fresh basil- when the salami has cooked into cup form, scoop the mixture into the salami. Presto! Delish.
