Whole 30 Recipe // Pomegranate Pear Salsa


I whipped up this delicious little concoction today and I had to share! Pomegranate Pear Salsa: 1 diced pear, 1 c chopped fresh cilantro, 1 cup pomegranate seeds (I got the pre-prepped cups at Costco!), 1/2 red onion chopped, juice of 1 lime. Mix all ingredients then dip with sweet potato chips, serve over grilled chicken, mix into spinach for a salad, or just eat with a spoon- it's THAT good.
