These are my Chicken Lemon Dill Lettuce Wraps with Roasted Brussel Sprouts & Sunshine Sauce! FOR THE LETTUCE WRAPS: mash up chicken, 1 avocado, juice of half a lemon, and a sprig of fresh dill together- wrap in a lettuce leaf FOR THE SPROUTS: toss in avocado oil and sea salt, roast at 400° for 25 min. FOR THE SAUCE: use any paleo mayo recipe as the base and add the other half of the lemon's juice and another sprig of fresh dill.
