Whole 30 Recipe // Prosciutto Basil Baked Eggs

Slice Prosciutto into 1 inch strips Wrap the prosciutto around the inside of a cupcake tin cup (I used 2 slices) Crack a whole egg into each cup. Season with salt & pepper. Bake at 375° for 20 min (check on it, my oven is old!) While eggs are baking sautee fresh spinach in a little avocado oil. When eggs are done cooking, garnish with fresh chopped basil.
