Whole 30 Recipe // Sage and Garlic Roast

I made this Sage & Garlic Roast tonight and I had to share! I put 1 c beef broth & 2 tsp minced garlic in the crock pot. I seared the roast with avocado oil until all sides were browned. I chopped 1/4 c parsley, 2 tbsp sage, 2 tbsp chive and rubbed the fresh herbs all over the roast. Put it in the crock pot for 5 hours on low, then add carrots, celery & potatoes, then cook 2 more hours. ITS SO GOOD! Happy hearty winter meal.
